Last month, Valve announced that a new hero will debut in Patch 7.29. However, Valve hasn't given us any hints on who the new hero will be. We're still in the dark on who this new hero will be, so naturally, fans have been speculating hard on its identity. While we have a lot of suspects, there's always the possibility that the new hero will also be a new character. But for today, we'll look at the most possible candidates to receive their own hero character in Dota 2 Patch 7.29.

B'KOR – AKASHA'S LITTLE BROTHER

In the ‘Eminence of Ristul‘ comic that came with Queen of Pain's Arcana, the comic introduced her little brother B'Kor. He's an ally of the Shadow Fiend Nevermore and Underlord Vrogros. Not much is known about him. What we know is that he gained immense power in the underworld when Queen of Pain was busy fighting in the Dota 2 arena. Will we finally see him make his debut in Dota 2 Pach 7.29? We'll find out soon.

SELEMENE COMMANDS! DOTA DRAGON'S BLOOD AN INTRODUCTION FOR DOTA 2 PATCH 7.29

The Dota 2 Netflix animated series introduced a whole slew of new characters. However, one of the most important characters in Dota 2's lore became more fleshed out thanks to the animated series. This is Selemene, the goddess of the moon, goddess of Luna and Mirana. The central conflict in the animated series revolved around Selemene and her bid to retain power. It turns out that Selemene also had a checkered past with the Invoker, so it'll be interesting to have her play in the game as a hero soon in Dota 2 Patch 7.29.

MARCI IS BEST GIRL

While also not very likely to arrive in Dota 2 Patch 7.29, Mirana's right-hand man, Marci, is many people's wish as a new hero for Dota 2 Patch 7.29. While meek and mute, many fans became enamored of the character. Her sweet and understanding nature makes her an ideal person for many fans. However, we didn't really get a lot of information on her abilities and how she fights, so we can't really know how she'll translate as a Dota 2 hero.

FYMRYN FOLLOWS THE DRAGON KNIGHT IN DOTA 2 PATCH 7.29

The elf Fymryn debuted as a new character in Dota Dragon's Blood, an elf thirsting for vengeance after her pod got killed by the merciless Luna. In the end, Fymryn developed a budding relationship with the Dragon Knight. She follows him in the end as he gets taken away by other dragon knights. If she follows Davion all the way to the battlefield as the new hero in Dota 2 Patch 7.29, we won't be surprised.

KADEN THE DRAGON KNIGHT

Finally, our last prediction is Kaden, the Dragon Knight. While Davion has shown that he's a powerful character in the animated series, Kaden turns out to be an even more powerful Dragon Knight. While Davion has the power to turn into an elder dragon, Kaden seems to be capable of felling dragons. In many ways than one, he's much stronger than Davion. It'll be interesting to have two Dragon Knights in the game, and have different skillsets for the two characters. Hence, adding Kaden in Dota 2 Patch 7.29 will be a good move for Valve.
