WWE 2K22 version 1.08 Patch Notes
According to WWE 2K22's official website, Patch 1.08 introduces these changes to the game:
- Provides roster support for added nWo 4-Life Superstars
- Various fixes and improvements

This new update is again smaller compared to the very meaty v1.06 update, and even less meaty than the preceding v1.07 update. Fans are mixed on these successive releases of hotfixes. Some are thankful that Visual Concepts is more proactive this time in issuing fixes to their latest game. However, some take this as proof that the latest WWE 2K game is a broken, buggy mess. Many are also not appreciative of how Visual Concepts is going for quantity instead of quality as the hotfixes come in high numbers but rarely address the biggest bugs in the game, like numerous game-breaking issues in Universe Mode. Indeed, past the review window, the game showed more issues as more people got their hands on the game. The overly unpopular MyFACTION Mode continues to be the butt of jokes as many players point out how each new update makes it seem like Visual Concepts doesn't want anyone playing the game mode.
