Visual Concepts has finally confirmed that the WWE 2K22 Stand Back DLC will no longer have Nash Carter in it after domestic abuse allegations against him came to light. However, fans aren't exactly thrilled about the replacement that they'll be getting from the DLC now that Carter is not included in the content pack.

WWE 2K22 has already revealed all of the DLC wrestlers that are coming as part of the game's season pass. The Stand Back Pack, which is due to come out on June 7, 2022, was supposed to feature five new wrestlers added to the game. But with Nash Carter removed from the DLC lineup, fans were expecting a suitable replacement, possibly a new wrestler as well. However, Visual Concepts struggled to get a suitable replacement, as they've already released hidden MyRISE characters as free content in the previous patch.

Instead, WWE 2K22 Stand Back DLC will not feature any additional new wrestlers. Hence, instead of five, there will only be four new wrestlers added to the game when Stand Back Pack comes out:

  • Hurricane Helms
  • Stacy Keibler
  • A-Kid
  • Wes Lee

WWE 2K22 Stand Back DLC Replacement for Nash Carter

WWE 2K22 Stand Back Pack will instead contain Booker T EVO and Seth Rollins Emerald MyFACTION cards. Of course, fans weren't super happy about this, especially for Season Pass holders who has hoped to receive a certain number of new wrestlers in their game when they bought the game's season pass from the start.

In any case, the unfortunate part is how Visual Concepts wasn't able to replace Nash Carter with a suitable replacement in the upcoming DLC pack. However, since Nash Carter only ever appeared in NXT, there's very little concern for a majority of fans. After the release of the Stand Back Pack next month, there will be two more DLC packs coming for the Season Pass, including:

Clowning Around Pack – June 28

  • Doink the Clown
  • Ronda Rousey
  • The British Bulldog
  • Mr. T
  • Doudrop
  • Rick Boogs

That gives us twelve more new wrestlers arriving at WWE 2K22 before the Season Pass gets fully released. 2K Sports currently has no plans to add any more DLC Packs after The Whole Dam Pack, but there are still a handful of potential wrestlers that they could sell as DLC.
