The existence of characters named “Yelan” and “Kuki Shinobu” are nothing new to those following Genshin Impact leaks. Genshin Impact developers HoYoverse has made a habit of revealing new characters one patch ahead to which the community lovingly refers to as “drip marketing”, and it seems like this time won't be any different.
Genshin Impact leakers, however, are still one step ahead, and they leak what seems to be the graphics to be used for the drip marketing.
“Valley Orchid” Yelan
A mysterious person who claims to work for the Ministry of Civil Affairs.
Yelan's art in all of its glory is shown on the leaked graphic. It also confirms that she possesses a Hydro Vision, as well as her role in the Civil of Ministry Affairs. Her outfit is mainly blue, with a white coat draping over her and dark leggings.
While no other details were leaked, Yelan is most likely a 5* character according to previous leaks, and will wield a Bow.
“Mender of Tribulations” Kuki Shinobu
Deputy Leader of the Arataki Gang
Kuki Shinobu's graphic was also leaked. Here, we see her in her full glory, wearing an outfit that is definitely Inazuma inspired. Kuki Shinobu is confirmed to be an Electro character.
Other leaks suggest that she will be a 4 star character and will wield a Sword, but this information is unconfirmed.
