Los Angeles Rams premiere defensive tackle Aaron Donald was given a 99 rating by EA Sports Madden NFL for the fourth-straight season. He joins Christian McCaffrey and Super Bowl MVP Patrick Mahomes as part of the 99 club in Madden NFL 21.

EA Sports handed the recognition to the six-time Pro Bowler and shared it on Twitter:

At age 29, the six-year veteran has already made a name for himself in the league and amassed a good number of awards. He was the 2014 NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year, 2018 NFL sacks leader, a two-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year, and a five-time First-Team All-Pro member.

He also led his Rams squad to a Super Bowl LIII appearance in 2019 but eventually fell short against the Tom Brady-led New England Patriots. In 2019, he was ranked as the best player in the NFL by his peers on the NFL Top 100 Players list.

In his career, he has also tallied a total of 311 total tackles, 72 sacks, and 15 forced fumbles thus far. The Pittsburgh product will hope to increase his level of production in the upcoming season to tow his team back to the playoffs.

The rebranded Los Angeles Rams will hope to make it out alive from a stacked NFC West division. All four teams have now reloaded and are all capable of dethroning NFC West leader San Francisco 49ers.

Aaron Donald and the rest of the Rams will see action for the first time in the 2020 season on September 14. The team will host a dangerous Dallas Cowboys side in their newly-built SoFi Stadium.
