If you like reality television and are a fan of Alec Baldwin — get ready for We Are the Baldwins.
Alec and Hilaria Baldwin have a new TLC reality show in 2025 that invites viewers into their chaotic lives with seven children. Variety reports that the couple posted about the new series on Instagram. This all is surfacing as Baldwin faces legal trouble due to the Rust shooting that killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.
The video clip shows their children running around, and they announce, “We're inviting you into our home to experience the ups and downs; the bad, the wild and crazy,” Alec says in the short montage. “Home is the place we love to be most.”
He adds, “We are the Baldwins! And we're coming to TLC.”

TLC states, “Alec and Hilaria Baldwin have been making headlines since they were married nearly 12 years ago. In this TLC follow-doc series, Alec and Hilaria invite viewers into the home they share with their seven growing kids. For the first time, they're opening up their family lives and bringing everyone in to join in the nonstop love, laughter, and drama.”
Will this new series also feature what Baldwin is going through legally?
Alec Baldwin awaits trial
Article Continues BelowIn July, there is a trial for the star and his manslaughter indictment due to the Rust incident and death. He's facing stiff charges, including up to 18 months in prison if convicted. Baldwin's being accused of pointing a gun at Hutchins and pulling the trigger negligently when preparing for a scene during the shoot. He's also being accused of lax safety standards that were on set that led to the tragedy.
Last month, it was reported that a New Mexico judge denied Baldwin's motion to throw out his manslaughter indictment. Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer rejected the arguments from Alec's lawyers, stating that the grand jury process was not prejudiced against the film star.
For all of this, Baldwin denied that he pulled the trigger and also denied that it was his responsibility to ensure the safety of the gun — which was supposed to be a prop.
The actor's attorneys, Alex Spiro and Luke Nikas said in a statement, “We look forward to our day in court.”
Hannah Gutierrez Reed, the film's armorer, is serving an 18-month prison sentence after being convicted of involuntary manslaughter last March. The prosecutors argued that she was unprofessional, very sloppy on set, and didn't make sure live rounds ended up during the making of the film.
So, we'll see what the new Alec Baldwin TLC reality show features. It will definitely feature the chaotic life of seven kids, but as for the other chaos in the courtroom, time will tell if we get a glimpse of that or not.
