Houston Astros star Carlos Correa knows the pressure is on them to perform and deliver in a crucial World Series Game 4 against the Atlanta Braves. While it's not a do-or-die match, he understands that they need to get the win no matter what.

According to Corrrea, the World Series Game 4 is a “must win” for the Astros, and for good reason. After all, they wouldn't want to face a 3-1 deficit since the odds will be completely out of their favor if they fall to such massive hole.

As ESPN Stats & Info noted, 87 percent of teams (40-6)  who got a 3-1 lead went on to win the World Series. Those are not good numbers for an Astros squad down 2-1 and playing on the road.

The Astros lost Game 3 on Friday, and while the 2-0 score would suggest it's a close one, that's not really the case. The Braves almost threw a no-hitter, with starting pitcher Ian Anderson and two relievers keeping Houston hitless through seven innings.

Houston broke the slump at the top of the eighth inning, but it was not enough to get them going to even stage a comeback.

Clearly, the visitors need to do better if they are to tie the series once again and avoid falling to a two-game deficit. Sure, it's not an elimination game, but as Carlos Correa said, they understand the importance of coming out with a victory this time around.
