Week 18 of NFL football brings a couple of notes. It's incentive week for players trying to punch in the last bit of their contract details and it's win or go home for many teams. In the Cincinnati Bengals matchup against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday, running back Joe Mixon had a chance to punch in some of those incentives. He had a couple of bonuses that included multiple touchdown scores and over 100 yards for the game.

Mixon was able to secure a large portion of his incentives in the first half against the Browns. Not just in the first 30 minutes, but the first quarter, Mixon struck gold with a $350,000 bonus. In the first quarter alone Mixon recorded two touchdowns to receive $100,000 in incentives and 86 yards to earn a 1,000-yard season and an extra $250,000.

The veteran running back is having one of the best games of his career. Despite the Browns sitting many of their key players to be able to rest for the playoffs, Mixon is going against a very talented core that's ranked at the very top of the NFL in terms of defensive ratings.

If Mixon can secure a 1,100-yard season he'll be able to gain another $250,000. He still has a lot to play for, although the Bengals are eliminated from playoff contention. The Bengals have been absolutely trouncing the Browns for much of the game, heading into halftime with a 24-0 lead. Mixon has carried the Bengals to a phenomenal division outing and it seems like he doesn't plan on taking his foot off the pedal.
