With star wide receiver AJ Green sidelined for another couple weeks due an ankle injury he sustained in a preseason practice, the Cincinnati Bengals were hoping to lean on Tyler Boyd and John Ross.

Unfortunately, during Monday night's beatdown at the hands the Pittsburgh Steelers, Ross was forced to leave the game due to a right shoulder injury.

Through the first two games, Ross looked like a guy that was drafted ninth overall, totaling 270 yards and three scores in that span. Having Ross sidelined for any amount of time is going to hurt an offense that is already struggling.

Ross' combine record 4.22 40-yard dash is a big reason why the University of Washington product went so high in the draft and after being labeled a potential bust due to his lack of production in his first two seasons, Ross has picked up his play in his breakout third season.

Having two of their top three receivers coming into the season possibly sidelined for an unknown amount of time leaves Boyd to carry the load, a load that might be too heavy.

Still searching for their first win, the Bengals will face a winless team for the second straight week as they will host the Arizona Cardinals. With the Ravens and Jaguars looming, Week 5 will be Cincinnati's best shot to finally get that elusive win. Joe Mixon will have to step up his play as their lead back, as he has yet to go over 62 yards rushing this season.
