It is game three of a four-game weekend series as the Toronto Blue Jays face the Detroit Tigers. It is time to continue our MLB odds series with a Blue Jays-Tigers prediction and pick.

The Blue Jays took game one of the series on Thursday. The Blue Jays took a 1-0 lead on an Isiah Kiner-Falefa home run in the third, but the Tigers would tie it up in the sixth. Dalton Varshow would hit a two-run shot in the seventh, to give the Blue Jays the lead. They would score three runs in the eighth and three more in the ninth. Kevin Gausman would strike out ten batters as the Blue Jays would beat the Tigers 9-1.

Game two of the series is on Friday night. It will be Alex Manoah on the mound for the Blue Jays. He is 1-1 with a 3.00 ERA. The Tigers will be sending Matt Manning to the mound. He is 0-1 with a 4.88 ERA.

Varsho has nine doubles and nine home runs though plus he has scored 29 times. Meanwhile, Vladimir Guerrero is also driving in runs and hitting well. He is hitting .282 on the year with a .375 on-base percentage. Guerrero has eight doubles and five home runs leading to 24 RBIs and 23 runs scored.

Also scoring well is Justin Turner. Turner has scored 19 times this year and is hitting .231 on the season. Turner has nine doubles and four home runs on the year. This has led to 17 RBIs. Bo Bichette is right ahead of him with 20 RBIs. Bichette is hitting .243 on the year but with a .297 on-base percentage. He has nine doubles and three home runs, leading to his 20 RBIs and 16 runs scored.

He is 0-5 on the year but has a 2.16 ERA and a 1.06 WHIP. Last time out, he gave up two runs, with one earned in 2.2 innings before leaving the game. In his last five starts, Olson has given up just three earned runs, but the Tigers have lost each game.
