Bellator Paris: Patchy Mix vs. Magomed Magomedov continues on the prelims with the featured bout on the prelims in the heavyweight division between Slim Trabelsi and Louie Sutherland. Trabelsi comes into this fight undefeated with four of his six victories coming by KO/TKO meanwhile, Sutherland is coming off a knockout victory in his last as he makes his Bellator debut. Slim Trabelsi (6-0) is undefeated in his MMA career winning all six of his professional bouts with four of them coming by KO/TKO. He most recently defeated longtime Bellator heavyweight veteran Davion Franklin who he injured midway through the first round. Trabelsi will look to continue his torrid run and make a statement since the PFL-Bellator merger when he takes on Louie Sutherland on Friday in Paris.
Louie Sutherland (6-2) got two chances to impress the PFL brass and went 1-1 in the process ultimately not getting signed. However, a first-round knockout in his most recent fight secured him a spot on the big stage. He will be making the most of his opportunity when he takes on Slim Trabelsi in his Bellator debut this Friday in Paris.

Why Slim Trabelsi Will Win
Slim Trabelsi is an undefeated heavyweight prospect fighting out of Tunisia who's won all six of his professional bouts as well as his lone fight under the Bellator banner where he defeated Davion Franklin by TKO due to an injury in round one. Trabelsi was set to make his debut in the UFC on short notice but contract disputes held him out of competition luckily for him he got that squared away before making his Bellator debut and now is turning a new leaf with his new promotion as he looks toward the future as he looks for a big win this Friday in Paris when he takes on Louie Sutherland.

Trabelsi doesn't have a long MMA career but he does some good work in a short amount of time as a professional MMA fighter. He has four KO/TKO finishes in his six-fight career and he does his best work when he's landing heavy shots and putting his opponents away which is something that he can certainly do against a lumbering Louie Sutherland. Sutherland is a KO artist in his own right but he is more prone to getting hit and that is certainly not going to end well when the other person landing those shots is Trabelsi. As long as Trabelsi can land his devastating shots while avoiding the big shots from Sutherland he can keep his unbeaten streak alive.
Why Louie Sutherland Will Win
Louie Sutherland will be looking to be a good first impression for a third time fighting under the PFL banner only now it's after the PFL merged with Bellator. Sutherland got his first crack in a showcase bout on the PFL Playoffs in 2022 where he ultimately dropped a decision to Abraham Bably. Then a year later he got his second shot on the PFL Challenger Series and was successful when he knocked out Alton Meeks but ultimately wasn't signed to the PFL tournament that year. Now, he will be making his Bellator promotional debut when he takes on Slim Trebalsi this Friday night in Paris.
Sutherland is a towering man that loves to throw down with his opposition with all six of his wins coming by way of knockout. He's going to come in this fight looking to take Trebalsi's head off like he's done time and time again and the way that Trebalsi will oblige in a firefight will give him the opportunity to do just that. As long as Sutherland doesn't get clipped in the process we can see Sutherland land a heavy shot that could put Trebalsi away and take away his unbeaten streak.

This should be an absolute banger for however long it lasts. These two heavyweight hitters will be looking for the knockout blow right from the jump and I'm more inclined to believe that Trebalsi will be the one to land the kill shot in this matchup rather than Sutherland. Trebalsi is just a bit faster, a bit sharper, and a bit more explosive and that will be enough in a game of inches where he should beat Sutherland to the punch knocking him out and keeping his unbeaten streak alive this Friday night.
