The best two teams in the AL East finish their series as the New York Yankees visit the Baltimore Orioles. It is time to continue our MLB odds series with a Yankees-Orioles prediction, pick, and how-to-watch.
The Orioles took the first two games of the series. First, it was a 2-0 win on Monday, as Gunnar Henderson hit a solo home run in the first, and then scored on an error in the eighth to give the Orioles the win. In game two of the series, Dean Kremer was amazing. He went seven innings, giving up just two runs, including a solo home run to Juan Soto. The Orioles would be able to plate four in the game and take the 4-2 victory.
The two will face again in game three of the series on Wednesday. Luis Gil will be on the mound for the Yankees. He is 1-1 with a 4.01 ERA and a 1.34 WHIP Corbin Burnes will go for the Orioles. He is 3-0 with a 2.55 ERA and a .93 wHIP on the year.

Aaron Judge is also starting to play better. He is hitting .207 on the year but with a .340 on-base percentage. He has six doubles and six home runs this year while driving in 18 runs. Yankees pitching is third in the majors in team ERA while sitting ninth in WHIP and seventh in opponent batting average. It will be Carlos Rondon on the mound for the Yankees in this one. He is coming off two solid outings in a row. Last time out, he gave up just one run, on a solo home run, in six innings. In the game before that, he did not give up a run over seven innings of work. On the year, Rondon is 2-1 with a 2.48 ERA and a 1.19 WHIP. Current members of the Orioles have just 14 at-bats against Rondon, with a .143 batting average.

The Orioles have dominated the first two games of the series. Still, the Yankees bats have to wake up at some point. This may be the game for that. Carlos Rondon has been solid for New York, and if they can figure out how to give him some run production, he should be in line for the win in this one.
