Buffalo Bills, Stefon Diggs gave some heartfelt comments about mental health issues. The Bills wide receiver even gave a shout-out to Calvin Ridley and wished him the best.

A reporter asked the Bills star, “what does that allow you to do on a day-to-day basis when you're in such a good headspace, in such a good situation I mean?”

Diggs responded,

“It's like a weight off your back… You don't know what people go through especially in their mental headspace… I understand what it's like to not be in a great headspace cause I was there at one point. I wish him well and I hope it all works out.”

It's always awesome to see professional athletes shed light on important matters such as mental health.
