Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen sustained a foot injury during his team's Week 14 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Allen was spotted making an appearance at the Broadway show Hamilton, during which he was seen walking without a boot on his foot and without a limp. Already seen as trending in the right direction, Allen himself provided an update on his foot injury that is sure to thrill Bills fans.

Bills head coach Sean McDermott told reporters that Josh Allen's foot was still feeling sore on Wednesday, with the signal-caller logging a limited session at practice. Buffalo had backup quarterback Mitchell Trubisky taking the first-team reps, in case he is needed against the Carolina Panthers on Sunday.

For his part, Allen said he will do everything possible to get himself ready physically. The star quarterback said his foot injury feels “quite a bit better” and he thanked the Bills' training staff for helping his ailment improve.

Allen isn't out of the woods yet, though it sure sounds like he's heading in the right direction. As the Bills star said, he has two more days to rehab the injury. As such, Buffalo fans shouldn't be surprised if Allen remains a limited participant on Thursday or Friday.

As long as Josh Allen's playing status continues to trend in the right direction for a Bills team squarely in the playoff hunt, Buffalo fans should be thrilled.
