Portland Trail Blazers star Damian Lillard destroyed FOX Sports personality Skip Bayless worse than he did the Philadelphia 76ers over the weekend, putting on another 50-piece performance on the mean streets of Twitter.

Even after a 51-point performance on Sunday, Bayless is not buying “Dame Time” after the Blazers point guard fell short in a blockbuster matinee matchup against the Los Angeles Clippers the day before.

Lillard was ruthless in response, calling Bayless a “joke” and even citing a previous conversation that warranted no sense of respect from the All-Star guard:

Skip Bayless sure has his favorites, and it looks Lillard isn't one of them. Bayless' tweet looks like he simply didn't watch the game on Sunday, as Lillard sprung for 18 points in the fourth quarter to ensure the Blazers wouldn't lose two in a row and would move just a half-game out of the No. 8 seed in the West:

Lillard has made a career out of proving his doubters wrong, but by the looks of his tweet, he doesn't really care to change Bayless' mind.

While he did miss two vital free throws against the happy-trolling Clippers, Los Angeles then lost to the Brooklyn Nets on Sunday — also losing any bragging rights they thought they had against Lillard and the Blazers.

Skip Bayless might have his doubts about “Dame Time,” but that surely doesn't mean a damn thing for a laser-focused Lillard with only two games to go in the regular season. Plenty of others have a lot of respect for Lillard anyway, including ESPN's Stephen A. Smith:

Lillard and the Blazers will return to the court Tuesday against the Dallas Mavericks.
