The Denver Broncos were dealt a critical blow after quarterback Drew Lock was ruled out with a shoulder injury in the first quarter against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Fortunately, backup quarterback Jeff Driskel has managed to keep their hopes alive for their first win of the 2020 NFL season. He capped a six-play, 65-yard drive by finding tight end Noah Fant in the end zone, via NFL Twitter:

Denver has scored 11 unanswered points to put themselves within striking distance of Pittsburgh. The onus will fall on Driskel to keep their momentum going following a slow start to the game.

Fant has now enjoyed another productive outing after hauling in five receptions for 81 yards and a touchdown run the season opener. It is safe to say that he is establishing himself as a safety net for both quarterbacks in the passing game, especially when they find themselves in the red zone.
