The Tampa Bay Buccaneers were crushed with injuries during their Week 15 shutout loss to the New Orleans Saints. The Bucs lost Pro Bowl wide receiver Chris Godwin for the rest of the season to a torn ACL. The other Pro Bowl wideout, Mike Evans, also sustained a hamstring injury and is listed as week-to-week. The ground game also took a huge hit as Leonard Fournette injured his hamstring as well. It's been reported that he will likely land on injured reserve and miss the rest of the regular season.

Buccaneers running back Gio Bernard is already on season-ending IR. That left the Bucs shorthanded in the backfield. So, the team signed former Pro Bowl and Pittsburgh Steelers running back Le'Veon Bell on Wednesday.

After Bell signed with the Buccaneers, former Steelers teammate and current teammate Antonio Brown left a message on social media.

Antonio Brown and Le'Veon Bell were part of one of the best offenses in the NFL through the mid-2010's. Both players were perennial Pro Bowlers with the Steelers and were among the best in the league at their respective positions.

Bell played earlier this season with the Baltimore Ravens, but struggled and was subsequently cut from the team. He then reportedly pondered retirement and a different career as a boxer.

Brown missed some time this season with an ankle injury. But he was later suspended for three games for violating the league's COVID protocols. Brown reportedly submitted a fake vaccination card to the team. Many believed he would be cut after the suspension but with the injuries mounting, Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians changed his tune and decided to bring the enigmatic receiver back to the team.
