There has been a flurry of interesting moves to occur this offseason, with Tom Brady signing with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers being the most surprising. While speaking about the upcoming season, former NFL quarterback Terry Bradshaw singled out Brady joining the Buccaneers as an ‘exciting time'.

“That just depends on how this virus continues, if it starts going the downward trend and we feel safe enough, and people go with the masks and the rubber gloves and whatever, they will have people in the stands. If we don’t have people in the stands, I think the games go on. I do believe you’re going to have football and at Fox, I mean, with Tom Brady coming over with Tampa Bay now, it’s an exciting time for us and I think our viewers out there should sit back and relax … But I do believe that the NFL will be broadcast, absolutely.”

Of course, after 20 seasons with the New England Patriots, Brady chose to sign with the Buccaneers. Upon his arrival in Tampa Bay, the future Hall of Fame quarterback has brought a ton of expectations to the Buccaneers.

Just a season ago, the Buccaneers finished with a 7-9 record, failing to make the playoffs. Now, with Brady at the helm, they are suddenly expected to be Super Bowl contenders in 2020.

As of this moment, it remains to be seen how or if the 2020 NFL season is conducted. But if it is, it's safe to say Bradshaw is excited to see Brady play for a team besides the Patriots next season.
