Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady has taken great care of his body throughout his career, allowing him to play even at age 44. More than that, however, his wife Gisele Bundchen also deserves a ton of credit for helping him sustain his success and longevity.

In an interview with People, Brady opened up about how Bundchen has allowed him to thrive at the highest level of football. The Buccaneers QB is entering his 23rd season in the NFL, and throughout his career, his wife has been a major positive influence on him.

“I think without her, there's no way I could be doing what I'm doing. It takes an amazing partnership to do it,” Brady said of Bundchen. “She's a good influence on me. She's been a great influence on me for a long time. She's just a great woman.”

It is not the first time Tom Brady has spoken about Gisele Bundchen and how impactful she has been on him. The fact of the matter is the Buccaneers superstar wouldn't come out of retirement if his wife didn't support him right from the start.

While the supermodel wanted Brady to spend more time with their family after more than two decades in the NFL, she knows very well that it is something her husband loves doing.

As the old adage goes, “behind every successful man, there is a strong woman.” This couldn't be any truer in Brady and Bundchen's case.
