The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Tennessee Titans spent some time this summer doing joint practices and even faced off in the preseason on August 21st, with the Titans blowing out the defending champions. There are some unique relationships between the two teams though, specifically with Tom Brady and Mike Vrabel, who played together on the New England Patriots. While it was in a joking matter, TB12 absolutely destroyed his former teammate in one of the recent episodes of “Don't Assume Anything”. Via Taylor Jenkins:

That one is going to hit the Titans coach deep. Brady was smiling while he said it but still, what a savage string of comments. Vrabel and Tom Brady spent a total of seven seasons together at Gillette Stadium, winning three Super Bowls together. The Buccaneers QB also hilariously pointed out that he “doesn't like Vrabel” because he went to Ohio State. Brady is a Michigan alumnus and we know how much those two Big 10 rivals despise one another.

The Titans will be looking to bounce back after a disappointing Wild Card loss to the Baltimore Ravens in 2020, despite winning the AFC South. They will need another big year from Derrick Henry, who has led the NFL in rushing for the last two seasons. As for Tom Brady and the Buccaneers, well, they're looking to run it back and win another ring.

Unfortunately, the Titans and Bucs won't meet in 2021.
