The Tampa Bay Buccaneers wanted to quickly get the bad taste out of their mouths after their blowout loss to the New Orleans Saints in Week 9.
On Sunday, following their embarrassing defeat, the Buccaneers sealed Carolina Panthers matchup with star passer Tom Brady finding his go-to target in Rob Gronkowski for a touchdown.
Just this past week, the Buccaneers looked out of sorts, with the Saints dominating them by the score of 38-3 on Monday Night Football. Then, on Saturday night, Tampa Bay would have issues with their flight to Charlotte, North Carolina being delayed due to mechanical issues.
Nevertheless, as Brady-led teams typically do, the Buccaneers bounced back in impressive fashion on Sunday. To extend their lead to 23 points and sealing the game, Brady found Gronkowski in the end zone.
Gronkowski now has four receiving touchdowns on the season and is beginning to look like the former version of himself as he turns the next chapter of his storied pro career with the Buccaneers.
