Chicago Bulls center Andre Drummond has an opinion on his place in NBA history. Drummond recently stopped by The Comfortable Pod podcast and shared his thoughts on a multitude of topics, from his time with the Pistons to his current stint with the Bulls.

One of the questions asked was where Drummond sees himself among the NBA's all-time great rebounders, and the big man did not shy away with his answer.

“I'm the best ever,” said Drummond.

Drummond also took the time to discuss his place among big men in terms of his all-around game.

“I've done great in my career,” said Drummond. “I think I have a chance to be a Hall-of-Fame player.”

It would be hard to argue with Andre Drummond's point that he is at least among the best rebounders to ever step onto a basketball court. One of the last “traditional” centers remaining in the modern NBA, Drummond was one of the league's best big men during his heyday with Detroit in the mid-2010's.

Drummond has won four rebounding titles in his career, including in 2016 and consecutively from 2018-2020.

The thirty-year-old has also made two All-Star appearances. In addition to his time with the Pistons, Drummond has also enjoyed stints with the Cleveland Cavaliers, Los Angeles Lakers, Philadelphia 76ers, Brooklyn Nets, and now the Chicago Bulls, where he provides the team with a boost of energy off the bench.

While his Hall-of-Fame take may be a bit on the brash side of things, there's no denying that Drummond is at least near the top in terms of all-time rebounding greats.
