The Chicago Bulls have two main priorities this summer: Lock down Zach LaVine for the long-term and find another frontcourt piece to improve their roster.

According to Bleacher Report, the Bulls are still trying to shop Nikola Vucevic and although they do have interest in Utah Jazz big man Rudy Gobert, they aren't set on including Patrick Williams in any potential package for the Frenchman.

Meanwhile, the Bulls remain invested in finding the optimal frontcourt lynchpin to pair with LaVine and DeRozan. Chicago continues to explore the trade market for two-time All-Star center Nikola Vucevic, sources said. It has registered interest in Rudy Gobert, but the Bulls do not appear willing to include Patrick Williams alongside Vucevic in a trade package for Gobert, sources told B/R.

Vooch has struggled to really make an impact with the Bulls, which is why it's not exactly a surprise Chicago is willing to part ways. He's averaged 18.7 points and 11.2 rebounds for the squad, but those numbers are substantially lower than his last two seasons in Orlando.

As for Williams, he's an important defensive piece for the Bulls. Also, it's important to note that while Gobert is one of the best shot-blockers in the game and an imposing figure down low, he certainly doesn't give Chicago another offensive weapon. We saw how much he was exposed in the playoffs by the Mavericks, too. But, Utah will undoubtedly be demanding a lot in a blockbuster for their All-Star big man. That's why he likely won't end up in the Windy City.
