Carrie Underwood took the phrase “the show must go on” very seriously during a rainy concert at Myrtle Beach.

During Underwood’s show at Myrtle Beach Boardwalk on June 9, it began raining. This did not interrupt her 22-song set as she continued on.

A video from TMZ shows Underwood wishing the crowd a good night. As she exits the stage, she slips on the wet stage. It was a scary moment but hopefully, she is okay.

The following day, Underwood took to X to reflect on the show. “We won’t let a little rain stop us! We won’t let a massive downpour stop us, either!” she wrote in the caption.

A video of her performance accompanied it. She took to the runway in the pouring rain as the crowd sang “Before He Cheats” with her. In a separate post, Underwood said that the rainy end was “unexpected” but “made for a night we’ll never forget!”
