Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr had a heartwarming Beatles reunion. The former shared it in an Instagram post in the wake of his daughter, Mary McCartney, releasing her cookbook, Feeding Creativity.

The two were previously working together on the Beatles' last song, “Now and Then.” John Lennon provided the groundwork for the song, which McCartney and Starr recently overdubbed to finish it. “Now and Then” was released on November 2. The duo also played on Dolly Parton's Rockstar album, performing “Let It Be” with Peter Frampton and Mick Fleetwood.

McCartney and Starr were a part of the Beatles from 1960 to 1970. As a group, they released 13 albums and numerous compilation albums.

Ringo Starr has released numerous studio albums post-Beatles. His most recent album, What's My Name, was released in 2019.

Paul McCartney is currently on tour with his band. The “Got Back” tour began in the United States in April 2022. The first leg of the tour concluded with a headlining show at the Glastonbury Festival. McCartney and Co. picked up the tour again on October 18 with a show in Adelaide.

They would play six more shows across Australia before moving to Mexico for two shows. Later this month, McCartney will play eight shows across Brazil.
