The Kansas City Chiefs are coming off of a 2018 campaign in which they won 12 games and captured the AFC West division title before eventually falling to the New England Patriots in the AFC Championship Game.

Now, the Chiefs are looking to get over the hump and win a Super Bowl.

Kansas City is absolutely loaded with talent, and expectations are high, so there is quite a bit of pressure on this Chiefs club heading into 2019.

So, here are the three Chiefs players facing the most pressure going into this season.

3. Frank Clark

The Chiefs lost two of their best pass rushers in Dee Ford and Justin Houston this offseason, but they recouped some of that talent by swinging a deal with the Seattle Seahawks for Frank Clark.

Kansas City then gave Clark a massive five-year, $105.5 million extension.

So, yeah. The Chiefs are expecting him to produce.

There shouldn't be any reason why Clark won't be great in Kansas City, as he racked up 13 sacks in 2018 and has totaled 32 sacks over his last three seasons overall, so he knows how to get to the quarterback.

But, given the fact that the Chiefs also subtracted Ford and Houston, Clark is going to be relied upon heavily.

2. Damien Williams

Kansas City entered the 2018 campaign with Kareem Hunt as its running back, but the Chiefs ended up releasing Hunt after 11 games as a result of a domestic violence incident.

Damien Williams then stepped in and was impressive, particularly in the playoffs when he logged a couple of rushing touchdowns and a pair of receiving scores in two games.

Now, Williams is going into a season as a No. 1 back for the first time in his NFL career. This is a guy who achieved a career-high 256 rushing yards in 2018, so, obviously, he is not very experienced.

Still, the high-powered Chiefs are depending on him to be their featured back for the entire year, and if he falters, they might go to Carlos Hyde or even rookie Darwin Thompson, who seems to be building some momentum.

Basically, Williams' job as the starter is hardly safe.

1. Tyreek Hill

If you are going to engage in questionable (to say the least) off-the-field behavior, you better produce on the field, or else those problems are going to become even more magnified.

Tyreek Hill avoided a suspension from the NFL after going through an offseason in which he was accused of child abuse, and an audio recording which revealed Hill threatening the mother of his child didn't exactly paint him in a brilliant light, either.

But now, Hill is hoping to put all of that behind him, which is no small task.

The All-Pro wide receiver is not only under pressure to continue being a dominant force at his position, but to become a better person, in general. Any more slip-ups, and you have to believe the Chiefs will just decide he isn't worth the trouble.

Of course, Hill is an integral piece of Kansas City's offense and is one of the best wide outs in football, so he better be on his best behavior from here on out if he wants to get paid like one.
