The Kansas City Chiefs advanced to the Super Bowl by defeating the Tennessee Titans in the AFC Championship game.

In the upcoming Super Bowl, they will be facing off with the San Francisco 49ers. They will be doing so with a very big piece in Chris Jones ready to play, a lot. He is confident that he will be able to play every snap in the big game.

Jones has been dealing with some injury problems as of late. They caused him to miss Kansas City's Divisional round game against the Houston Texans and he was almost ruled out of the game against the Titans as well.

Jones was able to play in that game however, and is clearly ready to play all night for the Super Bowl.

It certainly helps the defensive tackle that there is an extra week between the Championship round and the Super Bowl. That extra time off should ensure that he is 100% healthy and ready to go.

This is big news for the Chiefs as well. It's not like Jones is just some random player. The defensive tackle racked up nine sacks, four pass deflections, one forced fumble, and one fumble recovery in the regular season. He's a bonafide stud.

And in the Super Bowl, teams need every possible advantage they can get. Jones provides a pretty big one for the Chiefs. Kansas City has an incredibly tough matchup with the 49ers having one of the best rushing attacks in football. So it's not hard to understand how arguably your best defensive lineman might come in handy.

The game is still more than a week away. So you should expect to hear plenty more quotes and a ton of speculation and storylines. This should be fun.
