The Kansas City Chiefs were able to come away with a dominant victory against the Pittsburgh Steelers during the first round of the playoffs. Kansas City was able to walk away with an easy 42-21 victory.

The Chiefs had their usual stars making plays for them as Patrick Mahomes finished with 404 yards and Travis Kelce also had a touchdown reception and pass. Kansas City had a big game from Jerick McKinnon as he finished with 61 rushing yards and 81 receiving yards for one touchdown. He was a major reason why the Chiefs' offense found as much success as they did as he was able to help open up this offense for Patrick Mahomes and the rest of the Chiefs team.

There has been some questioning on if Clyde Edward-Hilaire is going to return for this Chiefs team and if he is going to be the starting running back once again.

According to Adam Teicher, an ESPN NFL National reporter covering the Kansas City Chiefs, Andy Reid had this to say about the starting running back situation,

“It's a good problem to have. We'll see how it all plays out.”

It would be questionable for the Chiefs to decide not to play a McKinnon after how he played on Sunday. There isn't necessarily any wrong answer here as both of them are two talented running backs. Either way that the Chiefs decide to go, they should still be able to find plenty of success.

Kansas City showed last night that they are once again the favorite to win the Super Bowl.
