The Kansas City Chiefs were able to secure a victory over the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl 54 in large part due to a single play and that play can be recreated by fans. Just a week after the game, Madden 20 is adding Kansas City's game-changing play in Super Bowl 54.

On Friday, EA Sports announced that “Jet Chip Wasp” was going to be added into the Chiefs' playbook in the video game. Tyreek Hill was the one who instructed EA Sports to insert the play and the video-game company happily obliged.

With the Chiefs down 10 in the fourth quarter on third down and 15, Patrick Mahomes informed Andy Reid to call “2-3 Jet Chip Wasp”. Upon calling the play, Kansas City ran it to perfection to convert the crucial third down.

On the play, Mahomes dropped back and patiently waited for his wide receivers to run their routes. However, Mahomes knew the entire time he was going to have Hill open behind the defense and he connected with his speedy wideout for 44 yards. Prior to that completion, the 49ers did a remarkable containing Hill.

Of course, that strategic play would orchestrate a scoring drive for the Chiefs. Then, it would spark a double-digit comeback as Kansas City hoisted the Lombardi trophy. If the Chiefs don't pick up 15 yards on that third down, there's a good chance they don't win the game.

Undoubtedly, the Chiefs will never forget the third-down play from Mahomes to Hill. Now, with Madden 20 installing the play into their video game, it'll forever be remembered by fans.
