Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce is truly living his best life. He has won two Super Bowls in a row in Kansas City and will be attempting a three-peat in 2024. Kelce is also dating the most famous woman on the planet in Taylor Swift. Travis Kelce's latest feat could make a new Taylor Swift song all on its own.

Travis Kelce participated in the first annual David Njoku Celebrity Softball Game charity event on Saturday. The event took place in Eastlake, Ohio and featured a star-studded cast of Cleveland Browns player as well as a handful of celebrities.

Proceeds from ticket sales will go towards local charities focused on supporting local youth.

The festivities included a home run derby followed by a seven-inning softball game. Kelce won the home run derby portion of the event, smashing 11 home runs to narrowly surpass former Browns RB Kareem Hunt who had 10.

Travis was also a part of the winning team during the seven-inning softball game. David Njoku and Myles Garrett drafted teams, and Kelce ended up on Team Garrett. Garrett's team smoked Njoku's in a 20-5 rout.

Several Cleveland Browns players were in attendance, including former players like Bernie Kosar and Josh Gordon.

Notable non-football celebrities at the event included social media influencers Ross and Granny Smith, MMA fighters Yoel Romero and Jorge Masvidal, and rapper Doe Boy.

Travis Kelce is getting up there in age, but he is still one of the best tight ends in the NFL.

The question remains: how long will Kelce continue to play?

Travis Kelce's brother, Jason, recently retired from the NFL. Kelce also has a blossoming career outside of football and a relationship with superstar Taylor Swift. It's valid to speculate about when Kelce will think about hanging up his cleats and enjoying retirement.

Kelce broached the topic of retirement on his popular New Heights podcast after his brother Jason shared his thoughts on his previous retirement from the NFL, and the Philadelphia Eagles.

“I'm still getting used to it,” Jason Kelce said. “It feels weird not going into the building and just the little conversations you have. You'll realize it, Trav, once it's gone.”

Travis Kelce responded by stating that he's ‘never going to retire' from playing the sport. He also spoke about Jason's emotional retirement speech that went viral on social media.

“I'm never doing it, Travis Kelce added. “Not after that speech, dude. No, (expletive) that. I don't want to go through that.”

This feels consistent with previous comments that Kelce has made about retirement. Last year around this time, Kelce made similar statements about not wanting to retire.

“Until the wheels fall off, baby,” Kelce said last June about the future of his NFL career. “I love this game and I know I’m going to miss it when I’m done playing. But right now, I’m in this building wanting to win football games, man.”

We'll see if possibly winning three Super Bowls in a row with the Chiefs changes Travis' mind — or makes him want to stay in the NFL even longer.
