The 31-year old opted to just rest the elbow and not undergo surgery at this time. They will re-evaluate him in two weeks and see where to go from there. Losing Paul George is definitely a stinger, since Kawhi Leonard is also out and still recovering from a torn ACL. Nonetheless, there is optimism with regards to the two stars' injuries given Jackson's update and the news that Leonard is ramping up his workload and is ahead of his recovery schedule.
