Los Angeles Clippers shooting guard Landry Shamet is off limits in trade talks, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski on his trade deadline special with Zach Lowe.

The Clippers are expected to make a few moves at the trade deadline:

The Clippers acquired Shamet from the Philadelphia 76ers last season in the Tobias Harris trade. He's one of the shooters on the team.

In 33 games for the Clippers this season, Shamet is averaging 9.9 points, 2.2 rebounds and 1.8 assists. He's shooting 42.7 percent from the field, 39.5 percent from beyond the arc and 92.1 percent from the free-throw line.

The Clippers are 35-15 on the season. They are in second place in the Western Conference standings. With Kawhi Leonard and Paul George leading the way, LA is a legitimate title contender.

Basketball fans in LA are hoping the Clippers and Los Angeles Lakers meet in the Western Conference Finals. A seven-game series with LeBron James, Anthony Davis, Leonard and George would be special and fun to watch.
