The L.A. Clippers have quickly seen things head south after a 4-0 start to the season dropping 11 out of their last 12 games including a current skid of nine straight contests.

This has now led to All-Star big man DeAndre Jordan drawing significant interest from several teams across the league, according to Tim Bontemps of The Washington Post.

The Clippers are dealing with a plethora of injuries to key pieces to the puzzle with point guard Milos Teodosic out indefinitely due to a foot injury and forward Danilo Gallinari dealing with a lingering glute ailment. Veteran guard Patrick Beverley was added to the list on Wednesday after undergoing knee surgery that does not currently have a timetable for return.

With the injuries piling up and their struggles continue to persist, it could lead to the Clippers serious considering moving on from Jordan, who can become an unrestricted free agent next offseason if he elects to decline his $24.1 million player option for the 2018-19 season.

The 29-year-old could bring back a significant haul given his ability on the court to be a premier defender and rebounding in the league that is in the prime of his career. He is averaging a double-double with 10.1 points and 13.7 rebounds with 1.1 blocks per game this season. Jordan currently ranks second rebounds and fourth in field goal percentage (64.2).
