The wait for the return of star quarterback Andrew Luck continues for the struggling Indianapolis Colts. Although Jacoby Brissett has played well in his short time in Indianapolis, the Colts are a different team with Luck under center.

Despite all the uncertainty about Luck's return to the field this season, it appears he's determined to play this year, according to NFL.com's Ian Rapoport.

Heading into Week 5, the Colts are sporting a record of 1-3. The team's only win came against the lowly Cleveland Browns with Brissett putting on an impressive performance. Brissett threw for 259 yards and scored three touchdowns with two of them coming on the ground.

Unfortunately for the Colts, Brissett's solid play didn't carry over to the following week when they went head-to-head with the Seattle Seahawks. The NC State product threw for a touchdown, but also had an interception to go along with 157 passing yards as Indianapolis was crushed, 46-18.

In Week 5, the Colts will hope for a better outcome as they're set to face the winless San Francisco 49ers. Brissett and company will be the home team for this matchup with Kyle Shanahan's 49ers and it could prove to be quite a battle between two teams desperately looking to right the ship.
