As training camps are set to begin in the NFL, a lot remains in limbo regarding the Covid-19 policies for the league and how certain matters will be addressed. One thing that remains cemented in, if you test positive, you have to isolate and remain away from your team. That's exactly the case for the Indianapolis Colts and their head coach Frank Reich.

In a statement released by the Colts, Reich said on Monday that he has tested positive for Covid-19.

Reich notes that he is asymptomatic and has been vaccinated but despite that, still tested positive. Now, the Colts coach will miss the start of training camp.

It was a big offseason of change for the Colts as they went out and acquired quarterback Carson Wentz from the Philadelphia Eagles. Wentz struggled mightily in Philly last season and lost his job late in the year to then rookie Jalen Hurts. Now, Wentz will get a fresh start in Indianapolis with his old coach from Philly.

Indianapolis is expected to be right in the mix in the AFC South. The Tennessee Titans remained aggressive in the offseason, acquiring Julio Jones from the Falcons. The Texans are a mess at the moment and aren't projected to compete for the division crown while the Jaguars are ushering in a new era with head coach Urban Meyer and No. 1 overall pick Trevor Lawrence. As a result, it could come down once again to the Colts and the Titans in the AFC South.

Hopefully Frank Reich is back on that field in short order for the Colts.
