Indianapolis Colts linebacker Darius Leonard can do it all. As a rookie, he made the first-team All-Pro, won Defensive Rookie of the Year, led the NFL in tackles (163), and took reigns of the leadership role for the Colts' defense. But, he can't just play, he can also break it down.

It doesn't matter that training camp is a demanding period for NFL players, or if he's stretching, or running through drills, that man, is going to dance.

Perhaps Leonard is happy that his peers voted him as the No. 26 player in the league in the NFL Top 100. Or that the Colts added Justin Houston, Rock Ya-Sin, and Ben Banogu to his blue-collar defense. Or, that he's sky-rocketing expectations for year two, as he told NFL.com's, Logan Reardon,

“I want 200 tackles. I want 10 sacks. I want to be NFL Defensive Player of the Year, I want to be All-Pro, Super Bowl champion, Super Bowl MVP. Just everything with my name at the top of the charts.”

It's not like he doesn't have motivation either.

“Last year, I was called the worst draft pick by Bleacher Report. I screenshotted it and every day I looked at it and it kind of gave me the drive to prove that I wasn't the worst draft pick and I could play at the next level.”

If Leonard's joyous approach to practice, chip on his shoulder, dance moves, expectations, and outstanding rookie years tells us anything, it's that you can dance too, Colts fans.
