Derrick Lewis loves to make fun comments after getting a big win in the UFC. The former heavyweight title challenger made sure to make the most of his mic time after knocking out Chris Daukaus.

The ‘my balls was hot' fan-favorite embraced the fact that Chris Daukaus used to be a police officer. UFC Vegas 45 saw Lewis knockout Daukaus in devastating fashion in the first round.

“That was for Rodney King,” Lewis said after the fight (via MMAFighting). “I’m fighting a police officer, man. Come on, man. That’s the only time you get a chance to punch a police officer in the mouth and get away with it, and then he gets up and shakes you head? Shit, that was a great feeling, man.”

Derrick Lewis was also asked about the upcoming title fight at UFC 270 in January. He's fought against both Francis Ngannou and Ciryl Gane in the past few years.

“Ciryl, I guess he’s a good dude. He’s a likable guy,” Lewis responded when asked for his thoughts on the upcoming matchup. “I couldn’t find anything wrong with him. Personality-wise, outside of fighting, he seemed like a pretty cool dude. Ngannou, on the other hand, he can kiss my ass. He seems like a dickhead 24/7, so fuck him.”

The UFC heavyweight gave a very interesting prediction for the matchup at UFC 270. Most people would have gone with the better fighter or who the matchup favors more. Lewis went with the person he would rather have a beer with.
