Starting next season, the Detroit Pistons will play in a brand new arena in downtown Detroit as they will moving from the Palace of Auburn Hills to Little Caesar's Arena. To accompany their move to downtown Detroit and a new arena, the Pistons unveiled a new logo on Tuesday.

The new Pistons logo is almost the same as the one that they have been sporting for the past several years. The main difference is that the words “Detroit Pistons” are inside the basketball logo instead of outside it. This newer logo is also very similar to the logo that the franchise used from 1979-96.
This logo, now confirmed, was leaked after the NBA Store posted new merchandise early a few weeks ago.
Look for the Pistons to be sporting their new logo at the beginning of next season.
