NiS America announced that Disgaea 6 will be getting the HoloLive treatment when it comes out this June 2021. A free Disgaea HoloLive DLC will be coming for everyone on release day.
DISGAEA 6: DEFIANCE OF DESTINY HOLOLIVE FREE DLC COMES THIS JUNE 29, 2021
Five HoloLive VTubers will appear in some form in the upcoming Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny. When the game drops this June 29, 2021, it will also have a free HoloLive DLC available for download. The HoloLive DLC will feature Flare Shiranui, Fubuki Shirakami, Polka Omaru, Rushia Uruha, and Watame Tsunomaki. The five HoloLive VTubers will appear as new character classes. These character classes are the Prinny, Psychic, Mage, Succubus, and Evil Eye. While you can still use the classic character class skin for the Prinny, the new skin gives a lot of flavor to a tried-and-tested formula. Meanwhile, the four other character classes are entirely new, which adds something to the game beyond mere aesthetics.
Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny continues the saga of the long-standing Disgaea franchise. Well-loved by fans because of its high skill ceiling and longevity, Disgaea 6 remains one of the most anticipated releases of 2021. Its release date is still far away, but exciting news like these will make many pre-order as early as now. Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny arrived on PlayStation 4 and the Nintendo Switch to the Japanese market on January 28, 2021. The game comes to the Western market this June 29, 2021, for PC, Nintendo Switch, and the PS4.
