The Miami Dolphins made a splash trade on Wednesday acquiring Tyreek Hill from the Kansas City Chiefs. Hill seems excited about the new opportunity to play in Miami, as he opens up about his first impression of head coach Mike McDaniel. The superstar wide receiver goes as far as to compare his new coach to Shrek.
After mentioning that Tua Tagovailoa is “one of the most accurate quarterbacks in the NFL,” Tyreek Hill starts talking about Mike McDaniel, per Dov Kleiman. In the second video, Hill claims the Dolphins' head coach is the “funniest” coach he's ever had and provides an impression as well.

I don't know how that impression is even remotely close to Shrek, but Tyreek Hill seems to be enjoying himself. Regardless of Hill's poor comparison, Dolphins fans should feel excited about the future of this franchise. There aren't too many holes left on the roster and we still have the 2022 NFL Draft right around the corner. Mike McDaniel is an exciting young coach and this team could take the league by surprise.
Look for the Dolphins to be rather competitive this season. McDaniel is a creative play-caller and he should be able to use Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle in unique ways. Additionally, this could be a break-out year for Tua Tagovailoa as Miami hopes to finally make the postseason.
Let's just hope Hill watches Shrek soon so he realizes he has a Scottish accent. Jokes aside, we should expect Tyreek Hill to get off to a hot start immediately for the Dolphins.
