The Philadelphia Eagles offense is hurting. For Sunday's must-win bout with the Seattle Seahawks, three of their starters are questionable while one is out.

According to the team's official injury report, right tackle Lane Johnson is officially out with a concussion. Wide receiver Alshon Jeffery (ankle), wide receiver Nelson Agholor (knee) and running back Jordan Howard (shoulder) are all questionable to play.

Johnson suffered his concussion in Week 11's loss to the New England Patriots. According to multiple reports, Philadelphia has used rookie Andre Dillard at right tackle throughout the week. He is the likeliest candidate to fill in.

Jeffery did not play in the loss to New England. He did play in Week 9's win over the Chicago Bears before the team's Week 10 bye. He practiced in a limited capacity throughout the week leading up to the Seahawks game. On the season, Jeffery has 34 receptions for 343 yards and three touchdowns — showing stark regression from his first two seasons in Philly.

Agholor did not participate in the week's first two practice sessions. He has not missed a game in 2019, tallying 36 receptions for 322 yards and three touchdowns in his 10 games played. Though, like Jeffery, he has regressed on the year.

Jeffery and Agholor are Philadelphia's top-two receivers. Jordan Matthews, J.J. Arcega-Whiteside and Mack Hollins round out their depth chart.

Howard was held out of the loss to New England with a stinger. A former Pro Bowler, the powerful back has rushed 119 times for 525 yards and six touchdowns on the season. If out, rookie Miles Sanders will get the start against Seattle.
