There's a fresh Lin-Manuel Miranda song in the new season of Big Mouth. And it's about…pubes.

The Hamilton creator contributed to the new season of Big Mouth, thanks to a request by showrunner Nick Kroll, according to Comicbook.com.

The song is about pubic hair, and Miranda put together a Spanish song called Esperando Pelitos, which translates to Waiting for Little Hairs in English.

The new Lin-Manuel Miranda song for Big Mouth

The songwriter said the song essentially wrote itself. It features Robin DeJesus as the lead vocalist and some hooks from PJ Sin Suela, a Puerto Rican rapper. Both artists have ties to Miranda. DeJesus worked on Tick Tick Boom, and Sin Suela was featured on the track Almost Like Praying, which was recorded for relief for Hurricane Maria.

With its catchy and relatable lyrics, Esperando Pelitos might help anyone going through puberty. It's a humorous take on what we all experience growing up.

Miguelito (DeJesus) sings in Spanish, “I stay before my mirror imagining what I don't see. Oh God, when will it get here? Almost the whole world has it.”

In the video, a hair that's grotesque-looking sprouts from the character's belly button. It has eyes, sunglasses, and a pretty big mouth. PJ Sin Suela voices the hair, and he sings, “I'm finally here and bringing the party, like an astronaut on the moon, here in virgin territory.”

As for the show which the song is on, Big Mouth, the animated series deals with coming-of-age topics like puberty, awkwardness, and more. It stars John Mulaney and Maya Rudolph. Season seven is out now on Hulu.

Singing pubes is something new for Lin-Manuel Miranda, so it'll be interesting to see what he comes up with next. Maybe something not-so-hairy?
