Jason Derulo and Alexandra Shipp have a new trailer out for their upcoming romantic thriller podcast, Underwater.
The new series will premiere Oct. 31 on all major platforms and stems from Warner Music Group's Interval Present, their in-house podcast network, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
About the Underwater podcast
Underwater tells the story of Nico and Ana via a narrative album. Additionally, there's some new music featured.
Derulo and Shipp are appearing at KCRW's Annenberg Performance Studio in Santa Monica on Nov. 2. They'll showcase a visual journey into the debut episode and have an audience Q&A. Also, they'll be joined by Allan Coye of Interval Presents, Rich Statter of Clamor, and Alex Addison from Temple Hill Entertainment.

Article Continues BelowPlus, they'll be headlining On Air LA Annex, a West Coast spinoff of New York's On Air Fest. It all kicks off on November 1st with an invite-only business summit. The event will also be holding an open call for short-form audio stories.
Underwater has a big cast that features Beau Bridgland, Michael Dearie, Aneesha DuBois, Andrew Frankel, Melissa Greenspan, Alice Hunter, Jeremy Jordan, Josh Keaton, Tara Langella, Jonathan Leon, Donis Leonard Jr., Michal McGlone, and others.
Jason Derulo is known for his pop and R&B, with hits like Wiggle, Talk Dirty, and In My Head. Alexandra Shipp is an actress and singer known for playing Aaliyah: The Princess of R&B on the Lifetime television film.
The two of them being involved with the Underwater podcast, and with all the major cast of characters, it should lead to a solid show.
