The glorious weekend is almost upon us. You know what that means right? It's time to sit back, relax, and enjoy hours worth of binge-watching Netflix. With that said, let's go ahead and see what's new to Netflix this weekend (Netflix August 27-29).
New To Netflix This Weekend – Netflix August 27-29
Releasing August 27
He's All That (Netflix film)
He's All That is an upcoming American teen romantic comedy film directed by Mark Waters, from a screenplay by R. Lee Fleming Jr. The film is a gender-swapped remake of She's All That and stars Addison Rae, Tanner Buchanan, Madison Pettis, Rachael Leigh Cook, and Peyton Meyer.
I Heart Arlo (Animated Series)
The animated series is about Optimistic Arlo and his eclectic group of pals who learn how to live together in a community, where everyone has their own idea of what's fun. The show seems to be for kids although its weirdness suggests that adults will also be into it the same way Adventure Time did.
Titletown High (Netflix Series)
Releasing August 28
Bread Barbershop: Season 2 (Animated Series)
The returning animated series is about Bread. A master cake decorator who gives life-changing makeovers to his customers.
Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha (Netflix K-Drama Series)
This K-Drama is a remake of the 2004 South Korean film Mr. Handy, Mr. Hong. Set in the seaside village of Gongjin, it is about the romance between pragmatic dentist Yoon Hye-jin and neighborhood handyman Hong Du-sik.
Unfortunately, there won't be any new releases on the 29th of August.
In other entertainment news, Warner Bros. wowed audiences at CinemaCon with the release of The Matrix Resurrections. Check it out here.
Nonetheless, that's what's new on Netflix this weekend (Netflix August 27-29).
