As we enter Week 14 of the 2023 Fantasy Football regular season, the importance of this juncture cannot be overstated. Whether you're strategically managing the clock for a chance at a first-round bye, clawing your way back for a last-minute comeback and playoff spot, or looking to spoil a rival's season, the stakes are at their peak. Week 14 has arrived, and making a well-calculated decision on who to start or sit could be the difference-maker, with significant consequences for a misstep.

Fantasy football owners are gearing up for the final week of the regular season in most leagues. In our Week 14 fantasy WR PPR rankings, with only two teams on bye, we have a comprehensive list to guide you through this crucial phase. Deploying a formidable receiving corps in what might be a must-win week is vital. Of course, we are here to address your fantasy football concerns.

The highlight of our rankings is the much-anticipated return of Justin Jefferson. He is set to take the field for the first time since Week 5. It's easy to overlook, but in Jefferson's four full games this year, he averaged just over eight receptions and 135.8 yards per game while scoring three total touchdowns. His ability to dominate is unmatched. We are thrilled to welcome him back. Of course, Jefferson's return benefits only one owner in each league. As such, we'll break down the remaining WR rankings to assist you in finishing your season with a victory.

Teams on Bye

In the upcoming set of bye weeks, only the Commanders and Cardinals will be taking a break. This means fantasy football managers will be without key players such as Terry McLaurin, Marquise Brown, Jahan Dotson, Curtis Samuel, Rondale Moore, and Greg Dortch. Adding to the challenge, both Washington and Arizona have struggled defensively against the pass. This makes it uncertain for fantasy owners to expect significant stats from their receivers who were hoping to face these two teams.

Top Fantasy Football Picks

Heading into Week 14, Tyreek Hill remains the league's top receiver. He is the undisputed WR1 after an outstanding performance against the Commanders. In the Dolphins' 45-15 victory over Washington, Hill caught 5-of-7 targets for 157 yards and two touchdowns. With his consistent ability to exploit opposing cornerbacks, Hill remains a solid starter for fantasy football managers.

CeeDee Lamb and the Cowboys are seeking redemption against the Eagles. This follows a road loss in Week 9. As Dallas' WR1, Lamb consistently provides double-digit reception potential. In the Cowboys' 41-35 win over the Seahawks, Lamb had a remarkable night. He caught 12-of-17 targets for 116 yards and a touchdown. Despite a couple of drops, Lamb remains a strong WR1 player for the upcoming matchup against the Eagles.

Amon-Ra St. Brown will face the Bears. He may rebound after a relatively quiet Week 13. In Week 11, he had a notable performance against the Bears' defense with nine catches for 95 yards. AJ Brown, set to play against the Cowboys, reached the century mark for the first time in four games during Week 13. This indicates another high-usage day in what could be a potential shootout.

Next, sure, Keenan Allen caught only five of nine targets last week. However, he stands as the Chargers' reliable receiving option against the Broncos. This makes a bounce-back game likely. We already talked about Justin Jefferson's return for the first time since Week 5. He is a must-start whenever active, and he faces the Raiders.

Stefon Diggs, in the matchup against the Chiefs, aims to break a six-game streak without totaling 100-plus receiving yards. The Chiefs' coverage unit showed vulnerabilities in their Sunday loss to the Packers. This provides Diggs with an opportunity to get back on track.

Fantasy Football Sleepers

Our recommended waiver-wire pickups in PPR formats for Week 14 include Elijah Moore, Noah Brown, Odell Beckham Jr, Jonathan Mingo, and Xavier Gipson. In Week 13, Moore emerged as a target leader. He stepped into the role of the Browns' top wide receiver after Amari Cooper left the game with a concussion. With Cooper likely sidelined in Week 14, Moore should be the de facto WR1 against a Jaguars secondary that has allowed the 13th-most PPR points per target to slot receivers since Week 7. He saw 12 targets from Joe Flacco and should have another high-usage day.

Noah Brown is likely to enjoy a steady target share following Tank Dell's (leg) season-ending injury. OBJ is also set to see increased usage with Mark Andrews (leg, ankle) done for the regular season. Mingo has seen six-plus targets in his past four games. He has established a strong connection with Bryce Young. Gipson led the Jets in receiving last week with five receptions and 77 yards. With the Jets frequently playing from behind, similar performances could be on the horizon.

Fantasy Football Busts

This week, it's challenging to trust Calvin Ridley, Drake London, Jordan Addison, and Jayden Reed. Despite Ridley's recent production, he has a tough matchup against the Browns' coverage unit. They have allowed the second-fewest fantasy football points per game to WRs entering Week 13. This raises concerns. Ridley's situation is further complicated by the absence of Trevor Lawrence (ankle).

As for Drake London, his unpredictable weekly output makes him a risky choice. This is especially true with the fantasy football season at a critical point. Despite seven consecutive games with at least three catches and 36 yards, London's underwhelming performance against the Jets is a reminder of the volatility in the Falcons' passing attack. However, fantasy owners are advised to start London in the upcoming matchup against the Buccaneers' 31st-ranked pass defense.

Addison is expected to see a decline with Jefferson back in action. Meanwhile, the dispersion of targets in the Packers' receiving corps makes Reed an uncertain option in PPR formats. That's despite a potential boost with Christian Watson (hamstring) dealing with an injury.

Fantasy Football Injuries

In Week 13, Demario Douglas (concussion) and Rashid Shaheed (thigh) were absent from game action. Meanwhile, Tank Dell (leg), Amari Cooper (concussion), Christian Watson (hamstring), and Marquise Brown (heel) left their respective games prematurely.

Christian Kirk suffered a groin injury on Monday night. This makes him more doubtful than questionable for the upcoming game against Cleveland. If he is unable to play, Zay Jones and Tim Jones are likely to see more targets. However, with Trevor Lawrence (ankle) also nursing an injury, relying on either player becomes a challenging proposition.

Douglas is the only wideout from this group on the initial Week 14 list. However, we'll closely monitor each team's injury reports during the practice week to determine their playing statuses.
