The seventh element in Genshin Impact, Dendro, has been long-awaited by players since release. Dendro right now remains the most “incomplete” element, with no elemental reactions aside from Burning and no playable Dendro characters. That's about to change real soon according to these Genshin Impact Leaks.
Disclaimer: None of these are confirmed information, and should be taken with a grain of salt. According to the leaker themself, the details below came from the November 2021 build and these reactions might have been updated since.
Leaks circulating Genshin Impact communities described two Dendro elemental reactions:
- Dendro and Electro = Intensified
- drops 1 Electro particle
- Dendro and Electro damage against the affected enemy is increased for 7 seconds
- Dendro and Hydro = Overgrown
- drops seeds that grow into mushrooms
- mushrooms explode upon Hydro application and deals Dendro damage to an area
- explosion knockback and damage affects both enemy and the player
In case you've forgotten, the only reaction we're sure of right now is Dendro's reaction with Pyro, which causes Burning. No Dendro reactions for Cryo, Geo, or Anemo were included. As far as we know, Dendro may not even react with these elements at all.
Other posts are speculating that the Dendro Resonance will give a boost to Elemental Mastery for all players in the party.
