Fortnite Chapter 2 is rapidly approaching its conclusion and players are very curious about Chapter 3. Epic Games is trying to keep the element of surprise by keeping any information about Chapter 3 to themselves. However, the leakers and dataminers still went against Epic’s request to not spread Fortnite Chapter 3 leaks.
Just recently, a Fortnite Chapter 3 teaser trailer leaked online. The Fortnite Chapter 3 leak was first discovered by Twitter user freddythefox_YT who mentioned that the leak came from TikTok. He then decided to post the leak on his page while tagging other leakers in the process. Because of his actions, one of the users tagged in the post named iFireMonkey further spread the leak.

iFireMonkey is a Fortnite dataminer who usually confirms Fortnite content leaks. The dataminer pointed out that the TikTok leak was accurate since it came from a private dump account by Epic Games themselves. iFireMonkey also said that they usually gain access to these ads prior to release in a TikTok account named “sponsoredcontent16275”.
Epic's practice of dumping content on social media appears to backfire, as it becomes a new source of leaks for leakers and dataminers. They might have to reconsider this practice or be more careful with what they're doing if they want to lessen the spread of leaks.
