  2. Xiao – West of Jade Chamber, near the Teleport Waypoint
  3. Shenhe – Liyue Harbor dock, away from the Lantern Rite stalls
  4. Ningguang – Inside the Jade Chamber
  5. Ganyu – Atop Mt. Aocang
  6. Xiangling – in Wangming Restaurant
  7. Hu Tao – Wangsheng Funeral Parlor
  8. Beidou and Xinyan – Liyue Harbor, near the Wondrous Shadows
  9. Baizhu and Qiqi – Near Qingce Village
  10. Keqing – Jade Chamber courtyard

Conversations with these characters are available, and they share their thoughts with the Traveler about this year's Lantern Rite, and looking back on the year past. As a bonus, our favorite couple from Snezhnaya, Vlad and Nadia, are seen in Liyue Harbor celebrating together. They however, do not seem to have special dialogue.
