With Mario Kart 8 Deluxe‘s Booster Course Pass currently underway with its wave-1 course set, many have been enjoying the small collection of tracks that were previously introduced from many past Mario Kart titles including Mario Kart Tour, Mario Kart 64, and more. But there are still three more waves of courses still planned within the coming months.
Many leakers and data miners have recently dived into the updated game files for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe in order to find clues as to what new tracks may be in store for the game in the future. Data miner Fishguy6464 has posted many different findings on his Twitter account, showcasing many details that could hint at what tracks will be coming in wave-2 such as:
- Sydney Sprint (Mario Kart Tour)
- New York Minute (Mario Kart Tour)
- Singapore Speedway (Mario Kart Tour)
- Sydney Sprint (Mario Kart Tour)
- Mario Circuit (Super Mario Kart)
- Sunset Wilds (Super Mario Kart)
- DK Summit (Mario Kart Wii)
- Maple Treeway (Mario Kart Wii)
- Waluigi Stadium (Mario Kart Double Dash)
- Rainbow Road (Mario Kart 7)
- Merry Mountain (Mario Kart Tour)
- Vancouver Velocity (Mario Kart Tour)
- Sunset Wilds (Mario Kart: Super Circuit)
- Vanilla Lake (Super Mario Kart)
Many of the tracks in the data mining seem to be pulled straight from Mario Kart Tour, Nintendo's attempt at making a mobile racing game based on the Mario Kart 8, which has been met with mixed results. Reintroducing these tracks from Mario Kart Tour makes a whole lot of sense, as these tracks would have the least amount of work involved when porting them over as DLC when compared to tracks from older games, which would have to be recreated from scratch.

Several more tracks were discovered in the data mining, but their names were not revealed, so there are still various mysteries regarding the future DLC of the Booster Course Pass. Regardless, fans have a lot to look forward to and a lot of races to prepare for in the coming months.
