War Hospital has a release date of January 11, 2024. It will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam, GOG, and the Epic Games Store.

War Hospital is a 3D isometric RTS in which players must run and maintain a field hospital. Unlike usual RTS games where players manage and control soldiers, they must instead manage and control various doctors, physicians, and more. The main goal of the game is for the player to make sure that the injured soldiers who enter the hospital stay alive.
To do so, players must balance their manpower, as well as the limited resources that the field hospital has to save as many people as possible. As it is wartime, resources will sometimes not be enough, so players will have to decide who to save. Other than resources and manpower, players must also develop innovative medical energy. This will allow players to save even more people.
Other than managing the lives of your patients, you will also have to raise everyone's morale. Players must, as the game page describes it, “build a micro-community of life-savers and survivors.” To do so, players will need to “kindle hope in your staff and soldiers” and “bring a speck of normalcy by inspiring periods of ceasefire.”

Players take control of Major Henry Wells, a retired British combat medic. World War 1 is in full swing, and during its final year, 1918, Wells finds himself drafted back into the army, and into the nightmare of World War 1. Instead of heading into the front lines, however, Wells finds himself as the commander of a field hospital. Low on supplies, as well as manpower, Wells must find a way to save as many people as possible, all while doing his best to maintain hope inside the hospital's walls.
